Veronica, co-author of four New York Times bestsellers, is best known for her critically acclaimed memoir “Mama’s Girl” and for the NYTimes bestseller “Yes Chef.” She’s been a top editor at NYTimes Magazine, Newsweek, Glamour, Good Housekeeping, Conde Nast, where she launched Glam Latina, and Hearst, where launched Women’s Day Latina. She won the James Beard award for Best American Cookbook for “Between Harlem and Heaven” and an NAACP Image award for “For Colored Girls Who’ve Considered Politics.”
