As Managing Director, of Merck Puerto Rico, Wendy directs and executes Merck’s efforts to improve Puerto Rican’s health via innovative drugs and expanded access. She started her career in Merck 21 years ago as a sales rep, moving to positions of increasing responsibility in marketing and sales management. Wendy believes that people are key to success and focuses on building world-class teams that are well equipped to lead business transformation. She is a board member of the P.R. Pharmaceutical Industry Association and a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Manufacturing Association. Wendy has an MBA from the University of Miami.
