Jose “Berto” Colón made a splash on Netflix’s “Orange Is the New Black” playing drug dealer Cesar. Colon hosted the 29th Hispanic Heritage Awards in 2016 honoring Justice Sonia Sotomayor, Junot Díaz and Tony Jimenez. Berto Colon was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He is an actor, known for Two Night Stand (2014), Grand Theft Auto IV (2008) and Fighting (2009).
