Monti Carlo is a Chef, Motivational Speaker, and a Food Network Personality. She got her start in Food TV on Gordon Ramsay’s MasterChef where she placed Top 5. Since then she’s developed recipes and hosted a web series for Jessica Alba’s Honest Company, become a spokesperson for KitchenAid, and hosted Help My Yelp on Food Network as well as judged on many of their most popular shows. Monti blogs at islandgirlcooks.com, which highlights the tropical flavors and recipes of her homeland of Puerto Rico. She lives in Los Angeles with her 8-year-old son Danger and spends her free time hunting down perfect pastries.
